A leading technology expert is questioning the future of work emails

A leading technology expert is questioning the future of work emails

An investigation by Georgetown University Computer Science Professor Cal Newport in the US shows electronic messaging may be making us miserable.

The review found the seemingly innocent task of sending emails can contribute to people feeling down, because of a lack of real communication.

Cal Newport says humans just aren't wired for constant digital messaging.

He says there are ancient social drives in our brain that take one on one communication very seriously.
