Calls for sweeping changes after the worst Easter road toll in 10 years

Eight people - including a toddler - died between Thursday afternoon until early this morning,.
A road safety expert says Kiwis have a risky "she'll be right" attitude to getting behind a wheel.
But the AA's Dylan Thomsen says we also need to upgrade road and car quality.
He says we have older, less protective cars than other developed nations - and changing to a more modern fleet will improve road safety.
