Kicking off construction on a major harbour revamp in Opotiki

The Government's pumping more than 112 million dollars into three infrastructure projects - which today got their first shovels in the ground.
It includes cash for the harbour facelift, aquaculture development and a mussel processing factory.
Economic and Regional Development Minister, Stuart Nash, says around a thousand local jobs will be created through investment managed by the Provincial Development Unit.
