following her cancer diagnosis

And now, her close friend Duncan has admitted he called her as soon as he heard the news because he wanted her to “get as much help as possible”.
He explained to OK! magazine: “I really wanted her to get as much help as possible.
“I was so sad to hear about her being diagnosed with cancer and I hope and pray she’s going to be OK.
“When I heard about her cancer, I reached out to her straight away and I’ve put her in touch with what I call ‘a miracle worker’, who helps people with alternative therapies.
“I said, ‘Sarah, speak to this person, he’s amazing.’ ”
In her book, which was released earlier this year, Sarah spoke about the support she had received from Duncan.
She revealed the Blue singer, 43, had encouraged her to use cannabis oil to help alleviate her cancer pain after he found it useful for the curing of the pain he endured after spending days wearing heels for his role in ‘Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert’.
Sarah wrote: "He’d used it after he suffered a massive back injury, while he was doing drag and wearing heels in ‘Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert’.
"I figured that if it was something that could help Duncan in that situation, then I should definitely give it a go."
Meanwhile, the 39-year-old singer also said that spending time with her mother and her friends is her priority and she would love to have a huge party to say goodbye to her loved ones before she dies.
She said: "Right now, I’m trying to find joy whenever and however I can.
It’s definitely spending quality time with Mum and seeing my friends whenever I can. Life has got so much smaller, and my priorities have changed, but the other Sarah Harding is still in there somewhere too, trust me.
"I think what I’d really like to do is to see everyone – all my friends, all together. One last time. Then I’d throw a great big f*** off party as a way to say thank you and goodbye."
