The former Dragons centre, who has been out since round one with an ankle injury suffered on debut, was named on an extended bench last week but failed to prove his fitness for the Manly loss.
Aitken has been named on the extended interchange again for Sunday's Magic Round game against the Eels in Brisbane, but the Warriors report this time he's on target for a comeback.
The run-on 17 at this stage is unchanged from the one that lost to Manly, other than a fit-again Ben Murdoch-Masila replacing Bayley Sironen in the second-row.
