Gains to be made following changes to the default Kiwisaver scheme

The Government's announced from December it's reducing the number of default providers, and moving the default investment fund from conservative to balanced.
Massey University business school associate professor Claire Matthews says the change has the potential to have a significant impact.
She says the expectation is that over the length of membership - from when someone joins to when they retire, it could result in a substantial increase in the amount of money they've got.
