Bing is racing in her first overseas competition in two years on the Gold Coast.
She says other hurdlers will help push her to get under the 55-point-four-zero second mark, which is the standard for automatic Olympic qualification.
Bing's 400-metre hurdles event gets underway at 5:50pm.
Sprinters Eddie Osei-Nketia and Zoe Hobbs, shotputter Maddison-Lee Wesche and discus thrower Connor Bell are also in action.
