More Kiwi nurses could soon be making their way across the ditch

Australian recruitment agencies have been seeking New Zealand nurses because of a shortage on their side of the Tasman.

It comes as thousands are set to walk off the job tomorrow, striking for better pay and work conditions.

Juliet Aryana says they're offering attractive salaries.

She says some speciality nurses in Australia can be paid 80-dollars an hour or even more.
