Chrishell Stause has offered to help Jennifer Lopez find a new home

The 'Selling Sunset' star urged the 'On the Floor' hitmaker to get in touch with her so she can find out what she's looking for in an abode following reports the 51-year-old singer-and-actress is planning to relocate to Los Angeles from Miami, where she's been living for several years

Commenting on a story from E! News about Jennifer's planned move, Chrishell wrote on Instagram: "Jenny, call me if you need a realtor."

It was previously claimed the 'In the Morning' singer - who has 13-year-old twins Emme and Max with former husband Marc Anthony - has been "packing up her Miami rental" and is looking for a "fresh start" in Los Angeles after rekindling her romance with Ben Affleck shortly after her engagement to Alex Rodriguez came to an end.

A source said: "She will be between LA and the Hamptons this summer, but LA will be her base.

"She is looking at schools for her kids in the fall.

"She is excited about a fresh start and pursuing things with Ben. They will be at their LA home soon."

News of the 'Second Act' star's big move came after it was claimed she and Ben - who got engaged in 2002 after just two months together before going their separate ways 18 months later - are already discussing “settling down”.

They claimed: “Jen’s cloud nine – she and Ben are well and truly back on. Despite all those years apart, their feelings have come rushing back. It all feels so natural.

“After the heartache she's been through over the last few months, Jen's admitted Ben has really helped her heal and his doting on her, which has given her faith in a happily ever after.

“They've already spoken about the future and settling down, which she's full of joy and excitement about. Friends wouldn't be surprised if they have a quickie engagement or even a wedding like they'd once planned.”
