The Victoria and Albert street intersection has closed to motorists - in order for construction on the City Rail Link to go ahead.
It's been a fortnight since the start of the two year closure - and already businesses have already had enough
One business owner says the noise from machinery is "chaotic" - and a florist says the disruption's far worse than expected - with less foot traffic and customers even turning away at the door.
