Auckland Airport expects tomorrow to be its busiest day since the pandemic began, due to school holiday travellers from both sides of the Tasman.
Wellington Airport is expecting nearly 300-thousand arrivals and departures in and out of the capital during the school holiday period, equivalent to about 94-percent of pre-Covid levels.
Next month is also likely to be busy, with Jetstar relaunching Gold Coast flights, and events like Beervana, the Bledisloe Cup, and Wellington on a Plate.
It's also likely to be a busy day at Christchurch Airport, where hundreds of arrivals and departures are scheduled.
