25-year-old Eli Epiha has admitted murdering Auckland constable Matthew Hunt in June last year -- and injuring a member of the public.
But, he's on trial in the High Court at Auckland today charged with attempting to murder officer David Goldfinch, who was shot in the leg.
The jury's seen two videos.
The first CCTV footage from a backyard has the sounds of the crash, screams, and blasts from a semi-automatic firearm.
And cellphone footage shows Hunt lying in the street as Epiha's co-accused, Natalie Bracken, gets in the driver's seat of another car with Epiha.
She's on trial this week, charged with being an accessory after the fact.
