Conservation staff battling to protect a baby Orca are now fighting against bad weather

Toa was stranded on rocks in Plimmerton on Sunday - and is being cared for by DOC until he can be reunited with his pod.
But it's feared four-metre swells and high winds could throw the calf into the structures currently forming its temporary pen.
DOC Marine Species Manager Ian Angus says they've had to bring in a temporary holding pen for the orca - in case its current pen becomes unsafe.
