Kiwis took home two gold medals and one silver on the water yesterday.
The men's and women's eight both grabbed medals and Emma Twigg took home gold in the women's single sculls.
Otago Boys High School head rowing coach Kirsty Dunhill says they didn't come out of the blue.
She says we have a great rowing programme despite being a small country.
