The owners of a Christchurch holiday home where a 16-year-old youth was fatally stabbed say they're devastated

Zion Purukamu was killed at a party on Medbury Terrace in Fendalton late on Friday night.

Christchurch Holiday Homes director Susan Harrison says the guests completely conned her and Airbnb.

She says if they'd known the guests were Christchurch residents they would probably have turned them down or questioned their stay.

A scene examination continues at the property today, and police have now spoken to two teens, aged 14 and 17, in hospital and to neighbours.
