The Kiwi golfer has sunk three birdies on the back nine to card a one under par 71, improving to one under for the tournament.
She's in a tie for 31st, six shots off the pace.
Ko recaps her round, in which she wasn't too worried about the odd mis-hit.
Kiwi Ryan Fox is in a tie for 34th after two rounds at the European Tour's Czech Masters.
Fox is eight shots off the pace following an even 72 round.
