Auckland's Royal Oak intermediate has confirmed a bus driver on its school run has Covid-19

Auckland's Royal Oak intermediate has confirmed a bus driver on its school run has Covid-19

The school has announced on its Facebook page Auckland Regional Public Health Services teams are currently contact-tracing the case.

The driver of bus 003 was positive with the virus while taking students home from school on Friday August 13, Monday 16 and Tuesday 17.

Board of Trustees Chair Andrea Green and Principal Tony Coughlan says they are working to identify the students on the bus in question.

They say these students are considered close contacts and will be required by the Health Ministry to isolate and get tested.
