He's beaten Andrey Rublev in straight sets to become the first German to win the Cincinnati Masters since Boris Becker in 1985.
The match lasted 59 minutes - Zverev committed five unforced errors.
Australian Ash Barty has secured the women's title - the world number one didn't drop a set all week en route to her fifth tournament win of the year.
