Mellory Manning's body was found in the Avon River in 2008 after a long and violent assault.
Police elieve many people were involved in the street walker's killing.
They want to identify "Male B" whose DNA profile was found in a sperm sample during post examination.
Detective Inspector Greg Murton says there are people out there who know what happened and who were involved, and it's highly likely know who Male B is.
