One of the greatest to wear the black jersey and silver fern in Waka Nathan has died aged 81

Nathan - a flanker in his rugby playing days - amassed a total of 37 matches from 1962 to 1967 for the All Blacks including 14 test matches.
Renowned sports journalist Phil Gifford says Nathan was unique for his time as a ferocious ball runner, and helped influence the likes of Michael Jones and Richie McCaw.
