A Former New Zealand First MP-turned-chauffeur has been charged over a fatal wedding-day crash near Christchurch

Stuff is reporting Denis O'Rourke collided with a motorbike while driving a bridal party into St Cuthbert's Church in Governors Bay in March.
Rider Josh Broughan died at the scene.
Police told the Herald, a 75-year-old man has been charged with careless driving causing death, and in relation to the crash.
He'll appear in the Christchurch District Court next month.
O'Rourke was a New Zealand First list MP between 2011 and 2017, and a Christchurch City Councillor for 15 years until 2004.
