Retailers are struggling - and the outlook isn't much better

Retail New Zealand's latest Retail Radar survey has found 75 per cent of retailers missed sales targets in the last quarter.
And 45 per cent don't expect to meet targets in the next three months.
Retail NZ chief executive Greg Harford says retail businesses are losing confidence.
He says about a third of businesses surveyed say they're not confident they will survive the next 12 months.
