Northlanders waking up in Alert Level Three are urged to get a swab and a jab

The region was plunged into tighter restrictions at midnight after a non-compliant Covid case travelled its communities.
Contact tracers are unable to determine her movements and it's believe she used false documents to cross the border.
Police information shows she was in Northland from last Saturday to Monday, before returning to her home in Auckland.
During that time, she went to Whangarei, Kamo, Paihia and Kawakawa.
Response Minister Chris Hipkins says extra testing capacity will be set up and anyone feeling unwell should get swabbed.
Hipkins is also stressing the importance of getting vaccinated, with Delta jumping borders and finding unimmunised people.
Cabinet will review Northland's restrictions on Monday.
