Cane will start at openside flanker after trotting out in easy wins over the United States and Italy.
Foster says they've taken a considered approach with his injury return.
Cane's inclusion is one of seven changes to the run on side - Quinn Tupaea is at second-five, replacing the injured Anton Lienert-Brown.
