Three AOS members were shot yesterday in Auckland's Glen Eden after a man opened fire at them.
The gunman was shot dead -- and Police Commissioner Andrew Coster confirmed he wasn't sought by Police.
Police Association vice-president Mike McRandle says we've seen gun events on the rise.
He says hardly a day goes by without hearing about a firearms incident in the community -- particularly across Tamaki Makaurau.
