Research, Science and Innovation Minister Megan Woods says getting young people hooked on science is a key focus of this year's funding round of 'Unlocking Curious Minds'.
She says the Government's supporting a wide range of fun, hands-on projects, investigating subjects like nature, climate change, and Matauranga Maori, or Maori knowledge.
Woods says it will help empower youth to connect with science and technology in a way that's meaningful to them.
