    The fire burning in the hills west of Kingston, south of Queenstown has been contained

    The fire burning in the hills west of Kingston, south of Queenstown has been contained


    Fire crews were called to the fire around 2 this morning but were unable to access it.

    Two helicopters went to the scene early this morning -- one to attack the fire from above and the second to transport firefighters onto the scene.

    One fire crew will return to the scene later this afternoon to check on the fire.
