Retiring track rider Ethan Mitchell insists balance must be applied to the state of Cycling New Zealand

The governing body and the culture of its programmes are currently under investigation to address bullying and intimidation allegations.
The 30-year-old says he received nothing but support from his 12 years in the high performance ranks, which resulted in three team sprint world championships and a silver medal at the Rio Olympics with Sam Webster and Eddie Dawkins.
Mitchell is joining Bayleys Real Estate as a performance coach.
