Revelations women's retirement savings trail behind men's ...are igniting calls for pay equity

Retirement Commission research by Melville Jessup Weaver has showed a 20 percent KiwiSaver gap between the sexes.
On average, women's balances are at just over 27-thousand dollars - with men's at about 32 and a half thousand.
Advocacy group Mind The Gap's Dellwyn Stuart says wage disparities need to be brought into the light.
She says we need the Government to come to the party and work with business to form a structure for pay gap reporting.
