Scottie Scheffler is the Masters champion

Golf's world number one has carded a final round one-under par 71 to finish 10-under for the tournament, three shots clear of Rory McIlroy.

McIlroy carded an eight-under par 64 for the final round, at the only major he's yet to win.



Contrasting fortunes for the two New Zealand drivers at the latest Indy Car race in Long Beach, California.

Scott McLaughlin finished 14th which drops him to second in the standings.

Scott Dixon manoeuvred his way to sixth after starting 16th on the grid.

McLaughlin's team-mate Josef Newgarden won the race to take the championship lead.



All Blacks and Chiefs midfielder Anton Lienert-Brown will have to wait a few more days to find out the extent of his shoulder injury.

He left the field in Sunday's loss to the Blues and is seeing a specialist this week.
