Auckland Police say they only see part of the gang violence across the city

Overnight, properties in seven suburbs were shot at.

Police believe it's a result of rising tensions between the Killer Beez and Tribesmen.

But two addresses targeted have no links to gangs.

Superintendent Jill Rogers says there've been 12 incidents across Counties Manukau alone since Sunday.

She says there seems to be an acceptance within the community of gun violence -- but they know more offences have occurred.
