It's believed youths lit the fire which burned down a historic North Island pub

Fire crews were sent to the Waipa Tavern in Ngaruawahia at around two yesterday morning, to find it well ablaze.
It was built around 120 years ago, but has been out of action for four years since its owner died.
Police believe the fire was lit deliberately and officers have been speaking with a number of people.
Waikato District Council Mayor Allan Sanson says it doesn't surprise him.
He says he's spoken to locals and they saw young people on the balcony that night, which means there were obviously people in there who shouldn't have been.
