    Hamilton's Waikato Stadium and Auckland's North Harbour Stadium have been announced as host cities for the first play-off tournament at the women's World Cup next year


    The February tournament will involve 10 teams competing for the final three qualifying spots ahead of the main event in Australia and New Zealand.

    The Football Ferns will play three friendly matches around the event against the top-seeded team and another as-yet-unconfirmed guest side.
