Scholarships are being rolled out to get working age people back to the West Coast

Infometrics data shows the number of under-65s has been declining over the past decade, while the number of over-65s continues to steadily rise.

Development West Coast has been working with local businesses to offer opportunities to encourage students back home after studying.
