A 17-year-old male's been arrested in connection with a number of jewellery store robberies across Waitemata

Searches at a Henderson address turned up a significant amount of jewellery believed to have been stolen from a number of Michael Hill Jewellers stores.

Stolen liquor, tobacco, a car, and motorbike were also discovered at the address, and cannabis packaged for supply.

The teen is due to appear in the North Shore Youth Court charged with aggravated robberies in Takapuna in April and June -- and a burglary at Super Liquor Sunnybrae, on the North Shore yesterday.
