Buller residents are ramping up preparations, as another wave of rough weather kicks in

The district is remaining in a state of emergency due to severe weather forecast over the next two days.
Residents in flood-prone areas are warned to have a bag packed in case of evacuation.
Buller deputy mayor Sharon Roche says the community is anxious, but they're taking every precaution they can.
She says residents have been busy sandbagging, while they've brought in more diggers to create banks - and pumps to drain out stormwater in lower lying areas.
More work is underway to determine if evacuations need to be planned.
