Stats NZ say weekly pay's risen nearly nine per cent in the year to the June quarter ... to nearly 12-hundred dollars a week.
Women's median weekly earnings rose almost 10 per cent to one thousand and fifty-five dollars.
But that's still trailing men's median earnings of just over 13-hundred ... which rose nearly six per cent.
Labour market manager Malak Shafik says it coincides with women working longer hours.
