The local representative on the Auckland Council says he's devastated after the bodies of two primary school age children were found in suitcases

The suitcases were bought as part of a storage locker auction online and taken to a Manurewa address.
Police believe the bodies had been in the unit for three to four years -- and they were aged between five and 10 when they died.
Manurewa-Papakura Ward Councillor Daniel Newman says a lot of people will be affected.
He says it will be traumatising for the family that discovered the bodies, and for the community.
