    Chelsea and Tottenham's managers have both been fined for a scuffle on the touchline following their draw in the opening round of English football's Premier League


    The Blues' Thomas Tuchel has been fined 67-thousand New Zealand dollars and a one match suspension, while the Spurs' Antonio Conte has copped a 28-thousand dollar fine.

    Both managers admitted misconduct.
