An Air New Zealand flight from Christchurch bound for New Plymouth couldn't take off this morning, because of a light odour and haze in the flight deck

A spokesperson says the crew determined flight NZ8768 was safe to taxi back and let customers disembark as normal.
They're being put on a new flight, and engineers will inspect the aircraft before it returns to service.
