    It's been a deadly 24 hours on our roads... with multiple crashes and several lives lost


    Blake Benny reports.

    One person died last night in the Tasman District, after a single vehicle crash on State Highway Six in Spooners Range, around 8:40pm.

    And a motorcyclist died in hospital early this morning, after his bike hit a tree on Maeroa Road in Hamilton, just before 7:30pm.

    Another person remains in critical condition, following a single-vehicle crash at a drag racing event at Tokoroa Airfield in Waikato yesterday.
