    Two men have been arrested after police searches in New Plymouth - under their Operation Seconds


    Police seized 400 grams of methamphetamine, worth about 140 thousand dollars, as well as a firearm, 40-thousand dollars cash and a large amount of cannabis.

    A 39-year-old man has been charged with supplying - and is due in the New Plymouth District Court on May 10.

    And a 41-year-old man will appear on May 4 on meth and firearm charges.

    Police say more charges are likely.
