    Allegations of sexual harassment surround an Invercargill City Councillor who until recently managed Invercargill's Stadium Southland


    The ODT reports an 18-year-old claimed Nigel Skelt sexually harassed her while she was working at the stadium.

    In her letter of resignation, the teenager alleged he repeatedly brought up jelly wrestling and said comments like 'she would be keen to do it naked'

    A couple of weeks ago, Skelt retired from his stadium job on medical grounds and for personal reasons.
