Police have issued a warrant to arrest a man accused of murder who has breached bail conditions

Naya Ropiu Fabian Wharekura, of Ngaruawahia, is accused of murdering Chad Parekura in Invercargill in April last year.

Police say people should not approach Wharekura, who has multiple face tattoos, including 'Waikato' across his lower face.
