The changing of the guard continues at the top of Christchurch City Council

The changing of the guard continues at the top of Christchurch City Council

Former Executive Leadership Member Jane Parfitt is returning as Interim General Manager of Infrastructure, Planning and Regulatory Services.

She worked at the council from 2003 until 2015, in roles including Acting Chief Executive, and Chief Operating Officer.

She had been Chief Executive at Waimakariri District Council, and has since had advisory roles with councils in Kaikoura, Invercargill, and Southland.

Four senior executives have recently resigned from Christchurch City Council, including chief executive Dawn Baxendale.
