    A man who was unable to walk just six months ago after a life threatening accident, is today walking 250-kilometres to raise funds for the helicopter crews that saved his life


    Trevor Moore will set off from his home in Dannevirke to Wellington Hospital hoping to raise 15-thousand-dollars for the Grassroots Trust Rescue Helicopter.

    He says although the road to recovery has been difficult, he wants to thank those who gave him a second chance.
