    Police are working to identify a group of people following what appears to be an unprovoked attack in Tauranga on March 3rd


    The incident occurred on The Strand in the early hours of the morning - a large group of people are believed to have left two people with serious injuries.

    Police have reviewed CCTV footage and conducted a number of enquiries find those responsible.

    An 18-year-old man has been already been arrested and is facing charges of assault with intent to injure.

    He's due to reappear in the Tauranga District Court on Monday.
