    The Prime Minister's defending the Government's changes to pay equity laws


    Protests are planned, after Parliament passed a Bill halting pay equity settlements and raising the threshold for them to be lodged.

    Ministers are facing questions from the Opposition in Parliament.

    Speaking from Auckland, Chris Luxon's standing by the changes.

    He says they are making common sense amendments so the law's focused on what it should be.
