The Highlanders are determined to come away with points when they visit the Crusaders' 22 in tonight's Super Rugby Pacific showdown in Christchurch

The Highlanders are determined to come away with points when they visit the Crusaders' 22 in tonight's Super Rugby Pacific showdown in Christchurch

The Southern Men blew a criminal amount of chances when in their opponents' red zone during a heavy 33-point loss in week 11 in Dunedin.

Later tonight, the fifth-placed Hurricanes visit the fourth-placed Queensland Reds, in a key battle for playoff positions.

Christchurch Mayor Phil Mauger is hailing Ruapuna Motorsport Park's coup in enticing the Supercars circuit to Christchurch for the first time ... calling it the best news he's heard for ages.

Ruapuna has been handed hosting rights for three years, starting in 2026.

The move marks the first time New Zealand has had two events since Supercars began in 1997.
