Health New Zealand says that includes one case made public on Friday and three historical cases which are no longer infectious.
One of the historical cases had previously travelled overseas to Asia where measles is circulating
Symptoms to be aware of include a high fever, cough, sore red eyes and a rash that gradually spreads down the body.
An immunisation clinic at Bay of Islands Hospital will operate from 10am to 4pm.
Health NZ says if people aren't vaccinated or aren't sure they should get into touch.
